Refund policy

Returns

Every piece is handcrafted, and many are personalized, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns unless a piece arrives with a defect or a craftsmanship issue. Natural variation in leather tone, grain or texture isn't a defect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If a piece arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, email help@buckmagnussen.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review product details, customization options, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
