1. Custom Products

Custom Studio pieces and club orders are made to order from your selections. By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge that production takes time and that slight variations in materials (such as grain, color, or texture) are inherent to handcrafted leatherwork.

2. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all customization details, text inputs, and selected options before placing your order. We are not liable for errors submitted by the customer (e.g., misspelled personalization). We don't send proofs before we make a piece, so please check your monogram text carefully.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to meet our quoted lead times. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy governs all returns, refunds and exchanges. All sales are final unless a piece arrives with a defect or a craftsmanship issue.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders in our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, photography, and text, is the property of Buck Magnussen and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
